In fact, we thought we’d help Debbie find her soul mate.
e Harmony doesn’t have video profiles, but this woman is GOOD, and we love it.
We drafted some e Harmony employees and shot a response, also below.

So many people include their love of animals as a key element in their online dating profiles that someone made a John Cusack movie about it.
This next viral sensation, however, takes her online love of cats to previously untold heights of absurdity.
Since then, most people have realized that Debbie was in fact just a character, but she remains one of the most beloved memes on the Internet.
Cara Hartmann recorded the video back in 2009 as a joke to put on her younger sister's Facebook wall.In the video above, The Pet Collective (aided by some Huff Post Comedy editors' expert cat knowledge) investigates how Hartmann tricked everyone into falling in love with the lady who just really loved cats. The video, ostensibly a bio for the online dating site e Harmony, features a woman named Debbie who recently got her MBA and really, really, loves cats. Since hartmanncara posted the video on You Tube on June 3 it has racked up more than four million views. Many of the more than 25,000 commenters, however, insist the video is fake. While no concrete evidence about the authenticity of the video has emerged so far, it certainly seems like this woman is cleverly capitalizing on two things the Internet has a well-known love for: cats and people completely freaking out (See Double Rainbow and Leave Britney Alone). The fact that the video is on You Tube rather than e Harmony certainly supports this hypothesis, and the only other post from hartmanncara on You Tube is another video of the same girl pretending to be a pair of conjoined twins named Cara and Kara. Regardless of whether the video is real or fake, this hilarious video seems destined to become part of the You Tube canon.
